Power Clean v.s. Squat Clean

Workout:
10 min As Many Rounds As Possible
*For the first 5 min
5 Power Clean (205/135)
1 Rope Climb
*For the last 5 min
5 Squat Clean (205/135)
1 Rope Climb

-For the first half of the workout athletes will perform Squat Cleans
-At the halfway mark they will switch to Power Cleans
-It will be one continuous score

Post Workout:
3 Rounds
5 Barbell Rows (same weight as workout)
10 Leg Raises in Support Position
