What We Do
SoFit Sweat is for people who enjoy longer duration workouts with minimal technical application. We eliminate the use of Barbells and high level skills to deliver a fun and effective workout.
Each class is lead by an instructor who directs you through the entire workout and offers suitable scaling options for any movement.
Who It's For
Whether you're coming off the couch to the gym or are active everyday, this class is scalable to any ability level. We have coaches guiding you through the entire class from Warm Up to Workout to Cool Down!
This is a great class for people interested in starting a fitness program without the headache of designing it themselves or learning how to properly perform different exercises.
How Does It Work?
This is a three day a week, monthly membership with classes being held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 5:30-6:30.
3 Times per Week = $120 per Month
2 Times per Week = $100 per Month
1 Time per Week = $80 per Month
