What SoFit Athletics Offers?

SoFit Athletics offers a variety of classes that are not designed not by popularity, but to help our members reach their personal goals and achieve their dreams.

🍊 CrossFit - high intensity group class that incorporates Gymnastics, Cardio, Powerlifting and Olympic Lifting.

🍊 SoFit β€œSweat” - a 60 min class that incorporates body weight movements, conditioning elements, and exercises with light to moderate loads. This class is geared to make you move and sweat while creating a fun and completely adaptable workout for any level!

🍊 Fit For Life - geared towards those 55 and up who are interested in making themselves stronger and more physically capable for the everyday demands of life. Hence the name β€œFit for Life.”

🍊 Barbell Club - used as supplementation to our other programs. If you’re interested in a full program or to compete as an Olympic Weightlifter, we have an additional program for you as well.
