Fit For Life is a class designed for members 50 and up. We understand that the needs of our more seasoned clientele are no different than any other member in the pursuit of increasing general physical fitness, but we wanted to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for them to achieve those results.
This class meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00-11:00am or 4:30-5:30pm.
