Option 1: Stand-alone membership with 5 day a week programming

Option 2: 2 day a week program that supplements our CrossFit program

"Option 1" is $140 per month

"Option 2"  is $30 (per 6 week cycle) in addition to current membership package

Barbell Club classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-7:30PM. Classes are instructed by both Yee Thao and John Mella. If you cannot attend the class times but are still interested, remote coaching is available. For those that cannot attend class, the week's programming will be posted online each Sunday in order for members to access and complete workouts on their own time.

The final option is attending class on a drop-in basis. The cost is $20 for non-gym members.
